The growth of Mascaro into one of the region’s largest contractors corroborates our success in meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations. This high-level of achievement is a direct result of the personnel employed by Mascaro and the services we provide. All employees, from the trades people to senior management, are committed to the goal of delivering successful projects to our owners.

Mascaro operates within a six hour radius of our corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We have performed work in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. For our valued clients, we will travel throughout the United States as required.

Mascaro is a financially strong company with annual revenues averaging $300 million and a bonding capacity of $500 million plus. We have a strong safety culture as evidenced by our EMR of 0.69.  Equally important is our emphasis on quality. Mascaro has been successful in meeting the stringent quality requirements on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, as well as those on nuclear installations.

We know that it is people who build projects — not firms. Our staff’s management and self-performance experience in the site, concrete, steel, and building interior disciplines allows our project team to provide the best construction solutions to control cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Supporting this staff are approximately 125 full-time professionals and a seasoned field work force that fluctuates between 250 and 350.

On every project, our staff’s goal is to develop a team atmosphere that is conducive to building trust among the team members. In doing so, we are able to develop an environment that creates open and honest communication, resulting in efficient and effective construction.
