Dynamic Life Cycle Assessment. By combining Mascaro’s comprehensive construction capability with world-class energy engineering, our team will evaluate all options to determine which provide the greatest long-term value.  A comparison of the estimated implementation costs to the estimated annual savings will be performed to assist you in the decision making process.

Building Program Implemented. For options that require building renovation or modification, the Mascaro team will provide single source accountability to design and construct the improvements.  We will work with your facilities staff to ensure that the construction program has minimal impact on your ongoing operations.

Measurement and Verification. Once the building program is implemented, our team will conduct another energy audit to ensure that the desired results have been achieved.
