• Tilt-up has increased its market share by more than 111% in the past five years. It is gaining acceptance by the building and architectural communities due to its ability to maintain tight schedules and budgets, while providing attractive, practical facilities. Mascaro has an alliance with CON / STEEL out of Dayton, Ohio to be the sole source provider in the Pittsburgh area. • Green building is a concept that Mascaro has been instrumental in supporting since 1993 when we completed the Heinz Family Foundation and Office projects, one of the first "green buildings" in the area.
