Interview and Schedule

Because most of our interns and co-ops have obtained jobs with us upon graduation, we implement the same hiring process for interns and co-ops as we do for individuals seeking full time employment. This includes interviews with individuals from operations and our support departments, as well as employment aptitude testing. Our interview process is flexible, selective, and diligent because we are looking for the right fit – matching the talent to the opportunity to provide the right outcome for both parties.

All of our offers are contingent upon successful review of our harassment and substance abuse policies as well as a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Mascaro mainly works within a six-hour radius of Pittsburgh and some assignments may require travel. We take care of all associated travel and living expenses, and take into consideration any of your prior education obligations before assignment to an out-of-town project.

We are always seeking interns and co-ops. Our typical time frame for each assignment is: January to April; May to August; and September to December. Mascaro usually advertises and interviews for positions three to four months before each period and typically makes a decision six to eight weeks before its start.
