• New bridge deck over Scouts Reservation Road

Phase V

• Reconstructing the bridge over the railroad from a four-span to a single-span structure
• Constructing a new 1,100-foot-long retaining wall south of the railroad bridge
• Constructing a new 414-foot-long retaining wall north of the railroad bridge
• Constructing a new single-span superstructure on the northbound off ramp over Pine Creek to Sharpsburg
• Constructing a new seven-span superstructure on the northbound ramp to SR 8
• New pavement from southern limit to the northbound bridge over the 62nd Street Bridge
