Sustainability

Sustainable development is a concept that Mascaro has been instrumental in supporting since 1993 when we completed the Heinz Family Foundation and Office project, one of the first “green buildings” in the area. Our experience includes four million square feet of LEED® recognized projects with an aggregate value of $800 million.

In 2007, ENR (Engineering News-Record) ranked Mascaro as number 24 on their inaugural Top Green Contractors list that ranked the top 50 U.S.-based contractors. Mascaro was the only contractor from the Western Pennsylvania tri-state area to appear in the ranking.

In 2011, ENR ranked Mascaro as number 86 of 100 top contractors, based on reported revenue.Download our Sustainabiilty Brochure
