Project Details
Significant highway improvements were needed along an approximate 3.8-mile stretch on northbound Route 28 to ease congestion and mobility. Work included bridge reconstruction/rehabilitation, wall construction, roadway reconstruction/widening, drainage, guide rail, concrete barrier, curb, landscaping, highway lighting, signing and pavement marking, signals, and other miscellaneous construction.
