Project Details
Over a five-month period, Mascaro constructed a new post-tensioned concrete building inside the existing shell. Interior construction involved working over the top of the subway, protecting the existing rotunda columns during construction, and increasing floor-to-ceiling heights for mechanical and electrical system requirements.
