Project Details
Mascaro’s scope of work on this project included the rehabilitation of three of the five bridge ramps that were rated structurally deficient. Renovation of the surrounding ramp structures were also included in the scope of work. This preservation project was the first to be awarded by PennDOT District 11 under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
