Project Details
The scope of the project addressed safety concerns along 1.5 miles of S.R. 28 known as the Goheenville Dip. Upgrades included roadway realignment and widening, bridge replacement, construction of a truck climbing lane, and the addition of turning lanes. Key areas of work included blasting, excavation, construction of a two-span bridge, construction of a precast box culvert, installation of a 108-inch precast pipe culvert, and asphalt paving.
