We are looking for energetic individuals who want to make a difference. Our ideal candidates are:
- freshman, sophomore or juniors currently enrolled in a four-year institution or technical school
- majoring in engineering, construction, safety, finance, accounting, marketing or human resources
- proactive, creative, eager to learn, and willing to work hard as a part of a team
Mascaro bases its paid internship and co-op programs on real work activities that will provide you with exposure to the construction industry and teach you what is required to deliver a successful project experience. The variety of experiences we provide will allow you to discover where your passion lies early in your career.
Our comprehensive program is more than just a summer job; it is a professional and educational process that prepares students for a successful transition to the career they envision.
