2015 Actavis+Allergan CF Cycle for Life
Sunday, September 13, Team Mascaro joined Howard Concrete Pumping for the Actavis+Allergan Cystic Fibrosis Cycle for Life. This year the fundraising event was held at Settler’s Cabin Park Wave Pool and featured both a 31 and a 62 mile route. The 14-person team hammered the highway as they traveled the hills and scenic terrain of Western Pennsylvania in an effort to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a life-threatening disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. The team was awarded the Peloton Award for the largest number of cyclists on a team, as well as the Tubular Award for the best looking team apparel. Putting the pedal to the metal paid off with the team coming in third out of 24 teams, raising over $6,000 to go towards finding a cure. Great job team!
