 2016 CF Great Strides Walk

Thursday, May 12 started out overcast with the promise of rain and by mid-afternoon there was a torrential downpour. But, as time drew closer to the North Shore Great Strides CF Walk, the clouds parted and the sun appeared for Mascaro employees, family, and friends to make the annual walk. Mascaro has a personal connection to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  Sofia, daughter of superintendent Nate Martin and his wife Maryann, was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.

Although it was a bit humid and there was some puddle-jumping going on, Team Mascaro made the 5k walk along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, led by John Mascaro and Sofia, in an effort to help raise money to support vital cystic fibrosis (CF) research and care programs.
