Project Details

Conversion of the fifth and sixth floors into units to be operated by EVEN Hotel, took place during the adaptive reuse of the historic 12-story Kaufmann’s Department Store, originally constructed in 1887. The hotel brand focuses on wellness by providing guests with in-room work out areas, as well as other health-oriented amenities. An ornamental staircase is the centerpiece of the fifth-floor lobby along with a Humongous Fan.
