Renovation of the old Bon Ton and select surrounding stores in the Westmoreland Mall. The first-floor renovation includes the casino floor space, restaurant, and all back-of-house operations. The second floor consists of a sports bar area, including a four-lane bowling alley, three bar areas, a banquet room, and a kitchen. The second floor also contains a night club area and shell space for approximately a 7,300 square feet of future event space.
