Project Details

Mascaro and its team replaced the existing elevator system with a computerized destination-based dispatch system in the building.  The new system cut down on the wait times, reduced congestion on the ground and first floors, and saved energy. Mascaro also provided renovations to Floors 10, 11, and 17 for the Office of the Controller and multiple Philosophy departments.  Work included a new mechanical room with a converter station for steam to hot water services to serve floor 15 through 20.
