Project Details

Two separate corridors on the fifth floor of Scaife Hall had the interiors demolished and renovated in two phases while the building was occupied.  The project included significant MEP upgrades to the fifth floor infrastructure that involves new ductwork, new electrical feed, and a new air handler in the penthouse.
