Project Details
Site development and construction of a parking structure comprised of a structured concrete slab at grade, three elevated post-tensioned concrete slabs and framing, and interconnecting ramps. The structure also included cast-in-place concrete stairs; vehicle restraint systems; tree and planter pits integrated into concrete structural slabs; anchors and embeds for future architectural precast concrete; and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
