Project Details
The modernization of the Federal Building was completed while the facility was occupied and fully functional. The modernization included abatement of hazardous materials, site improvements, a new masonry façade with brick, cast stone and granite, approximately 850 tons of structural steel reinforcement, new roofing and flashings, renovated office and restroom areas, new electrical, voice and data infrastructure, and new HVAC systems.
