Mascaro Advantage
The proposed location of the building created numerous logistical issues, coupled with site conditions that were less than desirable. The site was isolated with restricted access, and was on a steep hill, which created the need for very deep foundations and robust basement foundation walls. We evaluated various site configurations that resulted in eliminating the site as an issue and developed a plan utilizing a specialized foundation system that allowed the project to be built on top of, and connect to, an existing building. This resulted in better connectivity for the end-user.
