Mascaro Advantage

With approximately 80% construction documents complete, Dick’s decided it wanted the building to achieve LEED® certification.  Within a week, the team had a plan in place to meet LEED® certification requirements.  It was not ideal to make this change after construction began, but this is another example of the LEED® experience that Mascaro brings to the table on every project.  Not only was LEED® certification achieved, but it was achieved more economically than originally anticipated.

Client Testimonial

"As with any project, specifically one of this size, inherently difficult schedule and associated challenges, there were numerous issues and conditions that arose that could have quickly derailed the successful completion of the project... Consequently, as a result of their dedication, commitment, professionalism, professional staff, coordination, teamwork, and their 'build with the best' attitude, the project was a success as demonstrated by the numerous awards and accolades received from the professional community."
