Project Details
Interior and exterior renovations were made to the historic Union Trust building that included new HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems; new elevators; renovations to second floor offices and first floor retail space; addition of a new fitness center; and new tenant entrances on each of the floors. Also included was the refurbishment of the central rotunda that reaches 12-stories and is capped by a stained-glass dome. Work was performed while the building was fully occupied and functional.
