Mascaro has provided services for several renovation and fitout projects on various floors of the UPMC Corporate Headquarters in the U.S. Steel Tower. These improvements include: the renovation of seven floors of UPMC’s new corporate headquarters, a fitout to provide new high-end offices and support areas, additional upgrade of the 60th floor Center for Connected Medicine (CCM) space, and office space renovations.

Mascaro Advantage
Mascaro was very cognizant of the impact the dirt and debris would have on other tenants in the building and had dedicated crews for clean-up. Work items such as demolition, floor drilling, and trash removal often occurred during off-hours. These hours ranged from 7 p.m. to midnight and 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. during the weekdays. Teams also worked on Saturdays and Sundays so as to not disrupt the work environment.
