Mascaro Advantage

The project got off to a rocky start when all of the bids that were received came in over budget.  Mascaro worked with the DGS and IUP to move the project forward.  By reducing the project schedule from 44 months to 28 months, providing value engineering options, and sharing of buy-out, Mascaro was able to get the project back on track.  Additional times savings were achieved during construction, and the project actually completed 5-1/2 months ahead of the original 28 month schedule.
