Project Details

The fast-track construction schedule takes place in two separate phases based on boiler outages.  When construction is completed the facility will be converted from coal-fired to natural gas-fired.

  • 1,990 tons of concrete and steel demolition
  • 41 low clearance micropiles
  • Two turbine pedestals, 1.195 cubic yards of concrete each
  • 100 tons of structural steel
  • 2.411 cubic yards of excavation
  • 1,162 square feet of new masonry wall
  • Precast steam trench 240 linial feet with cast-in-place vault
  • Complete civil and structural scope
  • Roof modifications and repairs
