Position Summary:

Mascaro is seeking a Technology Analyst to support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative construction technologies and process improvements, including the emerging use of artificial intelligence (AI). This role collaborates closely with department directors and subject matter experts to analyze workflows, support the integration of digital tools, and develop dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in advancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation through technology adoption and data intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support Mascaro in the identification, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge technology and process enhancements
• Partner with Department Directors to ensure the necessary change management, training, and technology are deployed
• Support subject matter experts and super users in implementing processes and driving continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on eliminating duplicate data entry
• Lead the strategic approach to Artificial Intelligence (AI) by researching, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of AI technologies
• Analyze data to identify patterns, performance gaps, and areas for increased efficiency or risk reduction
• Create data visualizations and reports using AI and advanced analytics to deliver clear insights on trends, resource use, scheduling, and productivity
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems to maintain confidence in reporting outputs and strategic analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
• Exposure to construction, technology, or data analytics through coursework, internships, or hands-on experience
• Familiarity with construction software like Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus
• Basic understanding of data sets, databases, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable items
• Proactive, adaptable team player with an interest in process improvement and emerging technologies
