To keep all Mascaro employees, clients and visitors safe, we are following the CDC, WHO, state and local department recommendations and requiring that every visitor be assessed for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors each day before entering the office, warehouse or project site. This form is required to be completed each day prior to reporting on-site.
