The building, with a one level parking garage, is the first structure to be built on the site that is slated for multiple buildings. The facility is made up of mostly office areas with lab space and is home to TCS Consultants, the School of Computer Science-Institute of Software Research (ISR), Master of Science Computation Finance (MSCF), and the Center for Business Engagement.
