Mascaro Advantage

Prior to award of the contract, Mascaro met with the owner to present ideas relating to this major undertaking of integrating new MEP systems throughout the historic building.  The design-build delivery method was recommended and selected for the MEP portion of the work due to time constraints and building complexities.  Mascaro led this effort by helping to establish work scopes, design parameters, subcontractor selection criteria, scope reviews, and awards.   Mascaro’s continued efforts throughout construction included assistance with low voltage systems, installation reviews, and scope compliance.
