Project Details
The former American Equipment Co. warehouse on Penn Avenue in the Strip District was converted into the climate-controlled storage space for the Senator John Heinz History Center. Preconstruction and construction services were provided to manage the work that included restoring the exterior façade, upgrading the concrete interior, installing a freight elevator, and installing new MEP systems that meet museum preservation standards for light and humidity requirements.
