Steamfitters Event Center and Catering

Project Details

The new event center sits on 2.5 acres adjacent to the training center. A courtyard connects the two buildings. Located on the first floor is a pre-function space that leads into a banquet/meeting hall. A service corridor runs behind the banquet area that provides access to a commercial kitchen. Other features include a coat room, holding room, bride’s room, conference room, and cold and dry storage space. The second floor features open tenant space, as well as office and conference spaces for the Steamfitters’ personnel. The third floor provides 15,700 square feet of tenant space.
